He has nearly a decade of experience working on products and projects for several marquee brands including Lenovo, Tesla, Disney, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and more.
Brian BoariniCo-Founder & Director of Product
As iBeat’s Director of Product, Brian is focused on the company’s product offerings and business development. With eight years of tech and product management experience in agile development, user experience, and go-to-market strategies, Brian is passionate about delivering engaging products that improve health outcomes. He hails from Practice Fusion where he was product manager for the charting and clinical teams and has worked on projects for Google and accounting software firm Xero.
Kristin TinsleyDirector of Marketing & Communications
Kristin is responsible for driving iBeat’s marketing and communications strategy, initiatives, and programs. With nearly 10 years of PR and marketing experience, Kristin is passionate about helping companies build stronger and more personal customer, partner, and media relationships. She’s worked with several early-stage and late-stage startups including MySpace, backup software provider NovaStor, digital advertising agency SteelHouse, secure healthcare texting app TigerText, and more recently, Practice Fusion.
Chris BumgardnerChief Architect
With more than 20 years of experience building applications and platforms for large-scale enterprise and consumer use, Chris is responsible for driving technology and architecture decisions across the iBeat product. In recent years, Chris led the engineering teams and processes at UrbanSitter, printed electronics company T+ink, and edtech startup Teachscape. He is also a well-versed entrepreneur, having co-founded two startups, including commercial drone manufacturer Skycatch, where he built their engineering team from the ground up.
Roby DeMancheSenior Director of Hardware Operations
Roby DeManche brings nearly 20 years of experience in engineering, hardware operations, and global supply chain management. He is responsible for overseeing the company's logistics, manufacturing, and product deliverables. In recent years, he oversaw the global supply chain and operations of multiple product lines at Apple, was Manager of Business Operations at Nest, and a Product Engineer at Ford Motor Company. He graduated with an MBA from Berkeley.
Steven SzabadosLead Data Scientist
As iBeat’s Lead Data Scientist, Steve is focused on developing and evolving the product sensing algorithms from the sensor level all the way up to our cloud-based computing infrastructure. He has spent the last six years developing biological sensing technologies and played a major role in sensor development and algorithm design for Basis Science, which was acquired by Intel in 2014. More recently, he led the development of signal processing and diagnostic classification algorithms for CytoVale, a medical diagnostic company creating a platform to detect the early stages of sepsis.
Jason O'BroinDirector of Firmware Engineering
As iBeat’s Director of Firmware Engineering, Jason is responsible for all firmware development and architecture. Prior to iBeat, Jason was one of the original engineers at digital storage provider, Drobo and has over 25 years of experience in storage, networking, and operating systems development. He is originally from the UK and gained his Master in Computing Science from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Peter AntypasMobile Architect
Peter is iBeat’s Mobile Architect, overseeing the company's mobile app design and development. He brings more than 15 years of experience in software architecture and implementation. Prior to iBeat, Peter was a senior software architect for business communication provider IntelePeer and a software consultant for several notable tech companies including Oracle, eBay, and Level 3 Communications.
